Work Stack Manager is a personal productivity tool for managing tasks, tracking time, and organising work. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You retain full ownership of the data you create within Work Stack Manager, including task names, session records, and time logs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we take reasonable steps to ensure data integrity, we do not guarantee against data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that engage in abuse, harassment, or any activity that harms the Service or other users. Account statuses are defined as follows:

Work Stack Manager provides an API for programmatic access to your data. API access is subject to these Terms and any additional API guidelines we may publish. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or revoke API access if it is used in a manner that degrades service quality for other users.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of significant changes. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data you store will be secure or not lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
